3/23 Noted Canadian Dietitian, celiac disease expert and author Shelley Case will be speaking - there is a fee for this event - info also on our website. Deadline to register is 3/19. Shelley will also be part of the Expert Panel at our Expo at 1pm on Saturday at the Expo.
3/25 - the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness will be presenting a class on having a celiac safe kitchen at Neo Cantina in Biltmore Village. This is a great opportunity for bakers, chefs and restaurants https://www.facebook.com/#!/events/311595358901137/
