This week, we take great pride in presenting a great new product line from Decatur, Weat Free Breakfast Foods. Weat Free is just as the name implies - "without wheat". Weat Free also means "we eat free" of the allergens you see in foods today which includes gluten, dairy, soy and nuts.  For years eating gluten-free meant that you might have to go without or sacrifice the flavor of your foods. The folks at Weat Free  have spent countless hours mixing and experimenting with a variety of ingredients to make the best breakfast foods you can enjoy without sacrificing great taste. Stop by between 3 and 5 to witness how tasty they are. We're also tasting Springtime Red and Whites this week.

East Cobb - TopChips

It's National Chip 'n' Dip Month -- who knew?!  We'll show you how to make your own healthier version of  traditional potato chips in just three minutes with The TopChips chips maker.  You'll taste how a few minutes in the microwave creates crispy, fat-free sweet potato, apple, even mango chips!  A great, guilt-free addition to your next cookout!

Midtown - Fondue Feast

#gf Fresh Spring Juice with Seasonal Fruit and Vegetables

More juice news!

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

The weather is getting warmer, the sun is shining longer, and Citrus Fruits are in season!  Spring is finally here and it’s time to take advantage of some delicious seasonal fruits and vegetables. In addition to citrus fruit, apricots, rhubarb, mint and parsley are at their peak right now.

OMEGA Juicers shares a few ways to bring these produce items into your kitchen through juicing.  If you’ve never thought of drinking some of these ingredients, worry not, these juicer recipes are the perfect blend of ingredients so you enjoy every “good for you” sip.

Juicing is a great way to take in valuable nutrients without having your body word hard to break down the fibers.  Through juicing, the food value is readily available to your body in larger quantities then when you eat the fruit whole.  The benefits of consuming juiced fruits and veggies include keeping your heart, liver and kidneys strong and healthy.
