Pssst: I have a great giveaway for one reader from Rudi’s if you’ll stick around a little bit….

Gluten-Free Tortillas:  Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I am so excited to receive this information from Rudi’s Gluten Free! In the past couple of weeks, Rudi’s has been sharing its new GLUTEN-FREE TORTILLAS at gluten-free expos across the country.

I know if you’re like me, you miss a flour-like tortilla.  I’ve not really ever liked any I’ve tried, and I’m too lazy to make them myself.

But I am SO EXCITED about these!  My local store keeps a great stash of Rudi’s foods, so I’m hopeful I’ll find them soon.  They’ll be on a national release in May – in time for Cinco de Mayo? Oh I hope, I hope!

Here’s a press release about them, and of course info from Rudi’s website:

Ok, I admit that I have yet to try any Rudi's stuff and this might be the way to do it. I would love to make a good old Tex Mex burrito and a flour-like tortilla would be great to try!
