Hi Ging,
I am allergic to dairy, baker's and brewer's yeast, gluten. Still can have eggs. I really miss bread. Can't seem to find many GF recipes that don't contain yeast. So can you suggest a substitution for yeast in your recipes? Maybe certain amounts of both baking soda and baking powder? I'm also restricted from vinegars and sugars. I still use agave and erythritol as sugar subs. Thanks for any help you give on this.
