Gluten-free Bisquick giveaway from MyBlogSpark

Oh you're going to want this one!

Leave a legitimate comment on my blog between now and next Tuesday at 7 p.m. EST and you'll be the winner of this splendid prize from MyBlogSpark and Gluten-Free Bisquick!

Isn't that silver dollar pancake pan adorable?  And the pancake pen? Cute!

I tried the GF Bisquick, and it really was very good.  I made biscuits with it, and I also made a roux for a white sauce (I always used to use Bisquick for that pre GF days).  It is a little sweeter than I like, but it is a good product.  I used the whole box in about a weekend. I wish I'd tried the GF Waffles.

Here's info on the product, courtesy MyBlogSpark:

I have only used it to make chicken and dumplings, which we like much better w/o the butter the recipe calls for. I have not made pancakes yet, but i will... WHEN I WIN THIS PAN!

I have tried the GF Bisquick for pancakes and it was great. I had some left over so I put them in a ziploc bag and reheated the next day. They were a tiny bit dry, but still good. I would love to have the silver dollar pan to have even sized pancakes!!

I didn't realize it was out!! It instantly made me remember those recipes from decades ago that were things like cheeseburger quiche?? Some other mock recipes that utilized Bisquick. I would love to sit down to a meal of waffles, pancakes, and biscuits!!! :-) and just gorge myself!!!!!

I haven't tried the GF Bisquik yet, but we are trying to make things as normal as possible for a 2yo. It's hard to feed him things that look different from what his brother and sister are eating. A GF pancake breakfast would be amazing!

I had no idea bisquick had a GF version! My poor husband has hated working with every GF pancake mix we've tried. How does this compare to bob's red mill, pamela's, etc?

I haven't tried making pancakes with the Bisquick mix, but I have used a number of recipes from the Betty Crocker gluten free recipe site and have been pleased with them. Their biscuit recipe, my husband loves. It makes the best gf biscuits so far. We have tried a number of recipes over the last 8 years.

We just tried the GF pancake mix this past weekend to make belgium waffles. One word... FANTASTIC!!! We've tried many GF pancake mixes and have been relatively happy with each of them, but the GF Bisquick is hands down the clear winner. Absolutely incredible. I'd love to have the silver dollar pancake pan and of course more GF Bisquick to try pancakes next.

What a great giveaway! We would love this, my daughter Beth loves our family's tradition of Sunday morning brunches, pancakes are always a favorite. Now that she's gluten-free, I'm needing to try alternative mixes and this one sounds nice and easy! I didn't even know pancake pens existed, but sounds like a good solution to our usually messy mornings!

We love the GF Bisquick and have used it to make yummy pancakes, pizza crust, apple crumb topping and the most delicious waffles! I love the silver dollar pan- what fun that will be in the kitchen!

Small town living can be great until it comes to the ability to get gluten-free items. I haven't seen this in the store and figured we would have to wait for our next trip to Dallas or Houston. This would make things so much easier when making pancakes. I made the mistake of doing 2 recipes that we could taste test and my kids like one and I like the other (we are all gluten-free.)

That pan is really cool too, I wonder if eggs could be made on it because then with the right size gluten-free biscuit, a gf egg mcmuffin could be made.

What a great giveaway!

Oh wow! That is an awesome pan! I've been using the GF Bisquick since I found it in my local store and I really like it! I've made Impossible Cheeseburger Pie and Chicken Pot Pie. Thanks for offering the contest!

Hey Ginger, Take my name out of the running. I posted to let you know that I'm still kicking not to win the prize. The good Lord knows I don't need to put anything else in my already overloaded kitchen.

Yes! I am desperately trying to find things my adult autistic daughter will eat. Silver dollar pancakes and Bisquick cheeseburger pies were two of her favorite foods before Celiac, but the grit and different textures of the gluten-free flours brought an end to that.

Thanks

Oh I can't wait to try the GF Bisquick. I have never heard of a pancake pen before. Did it work pretty good? Our family is nutty for pancakes. :-)

I've tried the GF Bisquick for pancakes and biscuits and it's wonderful. Wish the box was a bit larger so I could make more things from one box. Looking forward to additional recipes than I can use it with. Everyone at my house loved the biscuits and pancakes.
