On what ground? Oh, because his "mommy" (Yes, he said Mommy.) told him he could just spend two hours/three days a week with ME (!!) so he could "learn" and "do the work" that he didn't do for first semester. And I had the balls to say "Umm... NO." <BR/><BR/>Appeal away, buddy. Appeal away. He said it was the most ridiculous thing he ever saw.
